i received a call from the Coles Mastercard freud dept asking me oreturn call from this number, I called and it is actually disconnected. I finally got through to the customer service using the statement enquiry phone number. I just want to know if this is a disconnected number, why still ask people to call back especially if it is from the fraud department? It just create unnecessary anxiety.
